La Burbujería was born in Madrid with a very clear idea: to create a space where good food and a great atmosphere always go hand in hand. We are a restaurant designed for leisurely enjoyment, sharing moments, and turning any lunch or dinner into a special experience.
From the very beginning, we have been committed to a unique, welcoming, and distinctive culinary experience. We love to combine traditional flavors with international influences, using carefully selected ingredients and lovingly crafted recipes. Every detail, from the kitchen to the ambiance of the restaurant, is designed to make our guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Brunch holds a very special place in our culinary offerings, featuring renowned dishes such as Eggs Benedict, gourmet toasts, healthy bowls, and our sweet and savory pancakes. Inspired by international trends and prepared with fresh ingredients, our brunches have become a favorite option in Madrid. Some of the culinary information comes from menus provided by the restaurant.
But La Burbujería is much more than brunch. Our kitchen also offers tapas, meats, fish, sharing plates, and homemade desserts that combine tradition and creativity. From handcrafted croquettes to slow-cooked beef ribs, each recipe aims to offer flavor, quality, and personality.
We work to ensure our menu is varied and dynamic, allowing each visit to be different and special.
A space to enjoy and celebrate
One of the things that makes La Burbujería different is its atmosphere. We want our restaurant to be a place where people come to enjoy themselves, relax, and share good times. Our space combines a welcoming and modern style, perfect for both casual meals and more special celebrations.
We also organize private events and group meetings in our two function rooms. We have a capacity of approximately 50 people, a projector, and various layouts to suit every need. Birthdays, corporate dinners, presentations, wine tastings, or family celebrations find the perfect space here.
We adapt to each event, offering flexible options, including venue rental and optional catering. We want every celebration to have its own unique personality, so our clients can simply relax and enjoy themselves.
